The children continue to learn and develop holistically, the new children have adjusted to life at the centre and feel it is home for them. Hadijah has greatly improved in her socializing skills, while Hassan and Hakim are good friends and enjoy learning together.

It was all joy and happiness having a team from Spain  spent over two weeks at the Centre, it was such a great moment the Centre children learning from the them.

Waste management was one of the lessons the children took from the volunteers’ stay at the Centre.

Demonstration gardens were prepared by the volunteers and children with a dream to develop a learning center for the farmers around the communities, these would enable many farmers learn and replicate better methods of farming and improve on the production on their farms.

Community development program

Leaders from the Tusisimuke branches gathered at the Centre to evaluate progress and strategise for the last quarter of the year. The  church continues to champion community development initiatives in over six communities.
